Mr. Weinstein concentrates his practice in all aspects of corporate and commercial litigation, with a specific emphasis on contractual, partnership, employment, and asset recovery matters as well as serving as a Part 36 Fiduciary. Mr. Weinstein has grown The Weinstein Group, P.C. upon a foundation of his practices of attentive motion practice, targeted negotiation and the importance of client participation and communication.
